A long time ago there was a little country girl who loved to bake.
She would make cakes, pies, and cookies.
Her favorite cookie to make was peanut butter chocolate chip.
Alas, the young girl grew up and lost her favorite recipe...
Until her mom, unkowingly, brought it to her when visiting for Christmas!!!Eeek! That's right as you may have guessed, I am the country girl with the lost recipe, but it is not lost anymore!
I made 2 dozen for my family before they left as a treat on the way home. Oh I love these cookies!
They are soft, but still have that peanut butter cookie taste that falls apart in your mouth.
Add chocolate chips and I'm in heaven.
Of course I plan to sell these along with my other goodies on etsy-eventually.
For now those who know me can pre-order a batch here and there.
